We plan to do more Gigs after the Summer Holidays Out side of Sainsbury's at Marus Bridge, and Asda in Newtown. Still waiting for Permission. The Scouts started the Corps of Drums early April, they have worked extremely hard to get to the standard they are now at, and I am really Proud of the way that they have took the time and effort to Practice the way they have. The Scouts gave up there Saturday's to Practice, because they wanted to get out there and start Playing there Drums.

What Drums did we Buy and Why,

We went out and got Premier HTS 700 Drums (most people call them Scotch Drums) they are high tension which makes it a lot easier for the Scouts to learn how to play this is the reason we picked these Drums.
The Drums have a Black Rim top and bottom, with a red casing, the Draw back to the Drums is that they are extremely heavy for the Scouts, and they need to be carried wearing a harness, which cost approximately £125.00 each.

What Sort of display do we do?
We only do a static display at the moment, using Ultra Violet Lights, one of the displays is called 20th Century and another display we called Magic Sticks. Both displays are very impressive, and when we have performed them we have had an excellent response.
